Green Business Action (GBA) is a non-profit running government funded programmes to help businesses lower their carbon emissions and become more holistically sustainable. GBA is currently under the parent company West London Business, but has plans of becoming a stand alone charity.

‍I created GBA’s entire brand and visual identity from scratch under significant time pressure, alongside establishing GBA’s marketing and communications strategy and design processes.

The brand identity for GBA had to work seamlessly in a number of formats, from advertising campaigns, events, newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications.

This work ranged from
infographics, print media, signage, UX design, promotional and educational social media tiles, as well as using visualisations to develop online learning content.

A big part of my job was visualising our somewhat complex offering to help businesses understand the support they could get.

Many of these businesses were new to the world of sustainability so our external communications had to be
accessible and systematic. These communications help shaped the running of the programme itself.
